It's always been said that Jay was the brains behind creating Jennas image and that Jay is ultimately responsible for all of Jennas business and financial success today. If jenna kicks Jay to the curb, who makes out better? Will Jenna go back to being the insecure little girl who allowed herself to be asskicked by people like Brad Armstrong? Or is she smart and strong enough to carry on without Jay and keep up the success? And what of Jay? Will he hook up with another pornstar and make her the next Jenna, doing it all over again? Or will he be reduced to performing in scenes for $700 a pop and spending time manhandling strippers?

Um...the person most responsible for Jenna's image and success (outside of Jenna herself) would be Joy King at Wicked Pictures, probably. Not Jay. Seeing as they've just sold up to Playboy, neither of them have any real tangible business assets right now (other than the money they made). The strip club might not last, and I'm sure Jenna's got some ancillary contracts for sex toys, action figures, pube trimmers etc., but the real golden egg was the Club Jenna brand/studio/content library, which they have now sold. However, Jenna has the advantage of being Jenna Jameson, meaning she has marquee status/name brand value. If she were to decide to go back to doing other guys on camera, there would be a list as long as your arm of companies wanting to sign her up. Jay on the other hand...not so much, one would assume. Which one do you think Howard Stern would pick for a show? Will MTV want Jay hosting their Spring Break stuff? What kind of a line will a Jay signing draw at a store or convention? I think Jenna will do just fine for herself...

in reference to your earlier post about Jenna, I see you added that Joy King is the person behind Jenna's success. She did a great job of promoting Jenna, but there former sales manager from 1995-2002 , is the person that SOLD Jenna, and everyone knows that without a great salesperson, YOU AINT GOT SHIT. Check over you info before posting because you dont know shit. go ahead and ask SteveO from Wicked if he didn't have his former salesperson, does he really think jenna would have been as big? I dont think so

Unless they pissed away their cash, probably not. JGG pulled a few tricks to keep some property flips out of the marital estate, so he's been a typical suitcase pimp.

Thanks Monstar....you absolutely right, but since jojo is totally on joy kings ballsack, I had to point out the fact that joy didn't make Jenna all by herself, it was more or less a team effort.

No, not really. Her marketing is what made her.
Who knows what will happen.. I do believe that Jay and Jenna are at their best strength as a pair. Hopefully, Jenna will not move to LA, because the vultures will be out for her here.

I think the fact that Jenna has come out on her MySpace page and commented publicly about the split says a lot. Usually Jenna is the quiet one and Jay issues MySpace Blogs and Bulletins 2,3,4 times a week, yet on this entire subject he's been silent.
I agree that with Playboy in the picture and in control, Jay's council is no longer needed for Jenna to maintain her success. Jenna can stand on her own, with Playboy, can Jay be of any need to wither at this point?

I guess the split is old news on here but it's every heard today cause it was on Extra, one of my favorite shows. Extra reported that today Carmen filed for divorce offically and even though Dave's people wouldn't comment that Jennas people were all too happy but to say they're hanging together. Sorry Carmen, you're still one of my all time favs.
