Regardless of all the guarantees, I'd guess that much of the produce marketed as organic is no such thing. Gia, if you took the Pepsi challenge with this shit, do you really think you could tell the difference by taste? If so, I bet it's all in your head. If I was in the produce biz, I'd separate out all the smaller/blemished stuff for an organic mark up. (Chemicals and pesticides usually produce more perfect looking shit.) I'm not the first genius who's thought of this. Vendors can't be trusted, even if they look like smelly hippies.
