Has anyone else ordered stuff from the website extremeassociates.com and not have it turn up ? I ordered some DVD's 6 weeks ago and nothing. And does anyone know what email address to contact them on ?

I had a similar problem with them a couple of years ago. I ordered a title over the phone, gave them my credit card number, and everything, but the dvd never showed up.

They never did charge me, but never did get in touch with me about why they never sent it either. I think they are just ass backwards and unorganized in everything from what I've heard about them.

Wish I knew what to tell you.

In 2005 I ordered five movies from them that didn't show up. I'd ordered them on line so I believe I was able to find a phone number. I did get a hold of a woman there that did get things straightened out and I did get my movies.

I did call them back, after about 3 weeks with no sign of the dvd or the money being taken out of my account, and the woman who took the call said the person I needed to talk to was at some trade show and wouldn't be back for about a week and to call them back then. After that call, I decided I really didn't want the movie that badly anyways since it would cost more making the long distance calls than the movie was worth.
