(i) For Los Angeles County, you need to know an address before you can write the county and ask for the name of a title holder. You can't just write them and ask what peoperty Jenna Massoli owns.
(ii) Recorder's data is not available on the internet.
(iii) The IRS will not give you tax records on other indviduals unless they sign a Form 4506
(iv) For credit reports, you must be licensed by a reporting bureau to receive one; you must also include SSN's dates of birth and other information, not just a name and address.
